A drag bar has been added to the top of the project list, so it can be moved to anywhere on the screen.

Support for Direct Import of POST Files from the Web

When assocated with POST files the PC, Project Organiser can directly import POST files from special hyperlinks.

New Download System

A new download system has been added, that supports download through proxy servers, even those requiring a login.
